We offer a range of concession tickets. Unless otherwise stated, the concessionary ticket price is £4 off the full-price ticket. Family shows and events are not included in concessionary offers.

Concessions are available for most ticketed events for:

• People with a disability
• Those in receipt of Universal Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance or Pension Credit
• Those aged 16-30
• All full-time Further Education and Higher Education students
• £5 tickets available for ages under 16 years (except for children and family events).

Concessions and discounts are only available on full-price tickets. Multiple concessions and/or discounts cannot be applied to a single ticket.

Please bring proof of concessionary status when buying/collecting tickets.

Make great savings when you book for two or more events at once. Book any combination of full-price tickets for events included in the Multibuy Scheme and save between 5% and 20% on your total order*.

Discounts will automatically be applied.

• Book for 2 events and save 5%
• Book for 3 events and save 7.5%
• Book 4 to 5 events and save 10%
• Book 6 to 8 events and save 12.5%
• Book 9 to 13 events and save 15%
• Book 14 or more events and save 20%

*Final discount is determined by the total number of full-price tickets booked, across multiple events, in a single order. Free and concessionary tickets are not considered when determining the discount, and the discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

Thanks to the support of the CAVATINA Chamber Music Trust we can offer young people, aged 8-25, the chance to experience selected concerts for free.

If you are aged 16-25 you can register on our CAVATINA membership scheme either by:

Creating an account online, and then:

• emailing a copy of an official form of ID that verifies your date of birth to: lakeside-box-office@nottingham.ac.uk
• bringing a copy of an official form of ID verifying your date of birth to our Box Office, if booking in person.

We will email you to confirm when your membership has been set up. You will then be able to book your free CAVATINA tickets.

Parents, Guardians and Carers can register their 8-15 year-olds on the CAVATINA membership scheme by creating an account online (if you don’t already have one with us). Then send your child’s name and date of birth to: lakeside-box-office@nottingham.ac.uk. We will email you to confirm when your child’s membership has been set up. You will be able to book their free CAVATINA tickets.

One ticket per CAVATINA member per concert. CAVATINA memberships expire on the member’s 26th birthday. Terms and conditions of sale apply.

Cavatina Chamber Music Trust was founded in 1998 with the aim of developing the next generation of chamber music lovers and players. The charity CAVATINA Chamber Music Trust exists to bring chamber music to young people, and young people to chamber music.

All University of Nottingham staff are offered a 10% discount, on full-price tickets. Subject to availability.

Staff should register for this scheme by calling our box office 0115 846 7777 or visiting in person.

To register, we will need your name, job title, University of Nottingham email address and a work or home postal address. University of Nottingham staff will be required to reregister every three years.

For family events, the following applies:

• 0+ age suitability; no free baby/toddler tickets.
• 2+ to 3+ age suitability; babies under the age of 18 months can receive a free baby/toddler ticket. They will need to be on a parent/carer’s lap throughout the event.
• 4+ age suitability; babies and toddlers under the age of 2 receive a free baby/toddler ticket. They will need to be on a parent/carer’s lap throughout the event.

For non-family events:

Children aged 3 and under will receive a free baby/toddler ticket. They need to be on a parent/carer’s lap throughout the event.

If you wish for a child who is eligible for a baby/toddler ticket to have their own seat. Please purchase a paid ticket as usual.

To book baby and toddler tickets please order via our box office by calling 0115 846 7777. These tickets cannot be purchased online.

A free ticket for a personal assistant (PA) is available for any deaf or disabled person who has purchased a ticket to an event and would be unable to attend without the help of their PA.

To arrange a PA or carers ticket simply call our Box Office team on 0115 846 7777 (Open Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-4pm & Sunday 12noon-4pm) or email lakeside-box-office@nottingham.ac.uk.

The PA must be able to assist the deaf or disabled person with access to Lakeside and its facilities. The PA must remain with the deaf or disabled person to ensure their well-being and comfort. Anyone designated as a PA must be able to assist the person they are with to leave Lakeside buildings in an emergency.

These forms of evidence make a person automatically eligible for a free Personal Assistant ticket:

• Front page of DLA (Medium or Higher rate)
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
• Front page of PIP (no specific rate required)
• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
• CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)

We understand that this evidence might not include everyone that has an access requirement. If you are unable to provide us with any of the above, a free PA ticket can still be issued. This is at the venue’s discretion and will be for those who need assistance from another person to move around our buildings safely.

You can reserve tickets for up to three days, though please note this is at the discretion of the Box Office, this period may be shorter as we get closer to an event. Please call our Box Office team on 0115 846 7777 to arrange your reservation.

For selected performances at the Djanogly Theatre, we offer restricted-view seats. These tickets are at concession prices unless otherwise stated.

Groups can buy nine tickets and get the tenth ticket free (this applies to the cheapest ticket).

For school and college groups, for every nine tickets purchased the free ticket is for a teacher or carer. For group booking discount, tickets must be booked in advance and in one transaction. Group discounts do not apply to workshops.
