We are currently seeking people to join our Front of House team, working on the Myriad Luminarium from 23 May – 1 June, and on an ongoing basis welcoming audiences and visitors to events at all Lakeside Arts venues.

About The Role: 

Providing the highest standards of customer service and care all times. Working as part of a team to welcome audiences and visitors to events at Lakeside’s Theatre, Recital Hall, Galleries and other venues.  Being an enthusiastic and informed ambassador for Lakeside’s diverse range of high quality exhibitions, performances, education and community events.

About You: 

You must have experience of working with the public, being part of a team, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must have a strong interest and enthusiasm for the arts in general, and a warm, friendly approach in matters of customer service.

PLEASE NOTE: we are looking to appoint people to join the team on an ongoing basis, but you MUST be available to work some days during the period 23 May – 1 June 2025, (particularly at the weekends).
