Join us in person, in the Djanogly Gallery to watch this presentation live from Kathmandu.

The presentation centres on the work of Roshan Mishra in the field of museums, archives, curation, and repatriation in Nepal. It examines the importance of these activities, their impact, and community engagement. Roshan will illuminate the dynamic ways these cultural pillars intertwine, fostering understanding, preservation, and a shared connection to our diverse heritage.

Roshan Mishra is Director of Taragaon Next and a Kathmandu-based visual artist. He oversees the Nepal Architecture Archive (NAA), run by the Saraf Foundation for Himalayan Traditions and Culture, a Taragaon Museum patron organisation. Affiliated with the Museum for almost 8 years, he works with its permanent collection, has launched the Contemporary Art Gallery, and created an archive and a library.
